Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it at a designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
